Kids will enjoy spending time with Maisy at the farm. She begins by collecting eggs and the illustration provides multiple flaps to lift. The first shows the hens in the hen house, and the second reveals eggs laid by the chickens and, in one case, a baby chick. Maisy bravely rides a horse, feeds the baby lambs, drives the tractor, and flushes a bird from the fields. She also waters the geese, picks apples and cleans out the pig sty.
