This is a Japanese tale reminiscent of Tom Thumb. Only as big as a lotus flower, Little Inchkin is the smallest samurai. He has a sword made from a needle and straw and armor made from beetles' wings. One day he goes out to seek his fortune. He proves his valor, wins the hand of a princess and is granted his dearest wish by the Lord Buddha.
